Riverbench Santa Barbara is excited to announce the second installment in our series of speaker events entitled Wine + Words.
We welcome local author Betty Fussell, who will read selections from her latest publication, Eat, Live, Love, Die. This collection of essay spans a prolific, fifty-year writing career covering a broad range of topics from food, to travel, history and art.
Recently inducted in the James Beard Award Cookbook Hall of Fame, Betty Fussell’s essays have been published in the New Yorker, the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, Vogue, and Saveur. She has taught history, food writing, English literature, and holds a Ph.D. from Rutgers University.
