Join us in the kitchen for an evening of food and fun at The Chef’s Table! In these intimate, interactive dinner events, you’ll gather round the table in the Napa Valley Vintners Theater demonstration kitchen and watch our chefs work their magic as you learn great tips and techniques along the way. Ask the chef questions, relax with friends, and enjoy delicious food and beverage pairings in an up-close-and-personal venue. You won’t leave hungry!


Imagine an evening filled with freshly shaved black truffles, and you know you will experience something special. Join us for a decadent evening to celebrate the winter perigord truffle in all of its glory as our chef prepares a multicourse meal to highlight its delicious qualities.


The evening’s menu includes Truffle-Gorgonzola Arancini, Roasted Cauliflower and Sunchoke Soup, Truffled Pappardelle with Duck Confit Ragu, and more!
