At this kick-off event for Chef Charlie Palmer’s annual celebration of all things pork and Pinot Noir, we’ll be pouring our 2016 Rosalina Vineyard Pinot Noir alongside 60 other entries in Pigs & Pinot’s Pinot Cup competition, as well as our Double Gold award-winning 2017 Rosé of Pinot Noir.
Tastings are served alongside a variety of pork dishes, including homemade sausages, charcuterie, grilled pork, patés and other special creations from Chef Palmer, Dry Creek Kitchen, guest celebrity chefs, and local Healdsburg restaurants including Chalkboard, Spoonbar and Valette.
