Private chef Jamie Poe sources sustainable, Central Coast oysters for her raw bar and offers a selection of sauces to accompany. Poe also crafts sushi and hand rolls; both will be available alongside her oyster selection.
Riverbench offers a selection of estate-grown Pinot Noir, Chardonnay & sparkling wines. Stop in to find the perfect glass to pair with local, fresh seafood. We recommend our stainless-steel fermented Bedrock Chardonnay or Blanc de Noirs sparkling wine.
Pre-paid tickets include a glass of either recommended wine pairing and helps ensure we have enough fresh seafood available for your pairing. All raw bar items will be a la carte.
