Ann Sievers, owner of Il Fiorello Olive Oil Company, will host the 2nd of a 3 part Sensory Evaluation and Tasting Workshop series.
Thursday May 26th from 6:30pm-8pm, the focus will be on Eureka Lemon, Jalapeno, Lime & Tangelo co-milled oils with seasonal food pairings. The last class of this series will be Balsamic Vinegar Reduction September 22nd, 2016.
