Red Wine & Carnage is the annual harvest party of boutique, winemaker owned brand, Modus Operandi Cellars. 2015 marks the fifth annual event that has grown to be considered one of the best harvest parties in wine country.
The title says it all… lots of red wine, and lots of meat! Staples of the party are a whole pig roast, an Argentinian style lamb roast, tens of pounds of Texas brisket, tri tip, crispy bacon, sausage, chicken, and on and on… This year we are adding some Brazilian rotisserie cuts to the menu. Taste past, current, and future vintages of the Modus Operandi wines along with a signature welcome cocktail we call an “amuse booze” which will be made using the 2014 Modus sauvignon blanc as an ingredient.
