Passaggio Wines will host a wine release party on Saturday and Sunday, March 3rd and 4th from 12 noon to 6:00 p.m. each day. Owner and winemaker, Cindy Cosco, is releasing five new 2017 vintages, including her sought after Rose Colored Glasses Tempranillo Rosé from Heringer Estates Vineyards in Clarksburg. Also included in the lineup will be her inaugural bottling of 2017 Verdejo from Hux Vineyards in Lodi, 2017 Unoaked Chardonnay from Namesake Vineyards in Carneros, 2017 Chenin Blanc from Heringer Estates Vineyards in Clarksburg and 2017 Grenache Blanc from Matthes Vineyards in Sonoma Valley.
“I look forward to the spring releases, to bring back my Tempranillo Rosé and to introduce the new Verdejo to my wine selections,” says Cindy Cosco. “It will be a great day to celebrate spring in wine country as well as inviting tourism back to Sonoma.”
While tasting the new releases, everyone can enjoy live music with Adam Traum, while enjoying light nibbles throughout the afternoon. Tasting fees for the general public are $30 and free to club members. Tasting fees will be waived with a $50 wine purchase.
