Chef, writer, poet, cooking teacher – Deborah Madison has accomplished and shared much throughout her career. Some of her (many) accomplishments include contirbutions to Gourmet Magazine, Saveur, Food & Wine, Martha Stewart Magazine, but she is perhaps best known as an expert on vegetarian cooking and her commitment to the local & “slow” food movement, support of farmers’ markets, and preparing incredibly delicious, planet-friendly fare.
