Tonight’s menu is inspired by Mario Batali. Theater student turned international restaurateur and TV personality, Chef Batali’s culinary chops include a (brief) stint in Le Cordon Bleu in London and an apprenticeship under the great London chef Marco Pierre White, though his true culinary awakening occurred in the tiny Northern-Italian village Borgo Capanne (population 200).
His cooking philosophy: “use the best local ingredients as simply as possible and serve them with flourish and joy.” We’ll be bringing the flourish and joy of Mario’s cooking to the table at Suite D for a celebration of our favorite of Mario’s recipes. Please join us.
