* Break down and brine whole farm chicken
* Bone and stuff whole chicken with mushrooms and grains
* Filet, bone, portion and marinate whole Salmon
* Break down whole beef tenderloin w/ no waste & dry rub for grilling
Please bring a small personal cooler. You will take home whole cut chicken,
salmon portion & tenderloin steak.
