Join us for a mid-day Riesling rendezvous with an intimate 3-course lunch and wine pairing hosted in our private Terroir Room. Winemaker, Russell Joyce, and wine educator, Kerry Winslow (GrapeLive), will take you through the world of Riesling and highlight the varietal’s significance that dates back to the fourteenth century.
We will be pouring three vintages Joyce Riesling – 2015, 2016, and the new unreleased 2017 vintage. Each one will be accompanied by a comparable wine from another significant region in the world known for producing some of the best Riesling. We will truly be taking a trip around the world in the glass.
As you sip, enjoy a 3-course meal prepared on-site by Chef Chirstophe Bony (Carmel Private Chef), who has specifically designed the menu to pair with the selected wines.
As a parting gift, you will also receive a bottle of each of the following wines:
- 2015 Joyce Dry Riesling (Library)
- 2016 Joyce Dry Riesling (Current Release)
- 2017 Joyce Dry Riesling (Pre-Release)
