Trinitas Cellars and Napa Smith Brewery will each showcase a wide variety of their Napa Valley libations as you taste through each while enjoying fabulous food prepared by The Meritage Resort’s Executive Chef, Ryan Rupp and his culinary team.

This is your chance to meet the brewmaster and the family behind Trinitas Cellars wines during this casual walk around tasting featuring live music while indulging in spectacular dishes including a Roasted Whole Pig, Beer Braised Brisket, Grilled Tomales Bay Oysters, Microgreens Cut to Order, and a few desserts to go with darker beers and wines.
