Hyatt Carmel Highlands Announces Forks.Corks.Action! 2020 Winemaker Dinners
Hyatt Carmel Highlands has announced the 2020 schedule so far for its popular Forks.Corks.Action! Winemaker Series in the legendary Wine Room.
Learn, swirl, sip and enjoy! Meet the winemakers and enjoy a four-course dinner with wine paired with each course. During the series, winemakers will discuss the history, culture and qualities of the featured wines from Monterey and Santa Cruz counties that will accompany Executive Chef Chris Vacca’s seasonal and locally sourced menus.
The Winemakers Series brings guests closer to the producers and personalities that craft the wines we love.
Dates for Winemakers Dinners scheduled so far for 2020 are:
March 19 — Bernardus Winery
May 14 — DeTierra Vineyards
June 11 — I. Brand & Family Winery
Nov. 11 — Bubbles
September’s event will be a special tasting reception with wine and food and live music in honor of California Wine Month. Six wineries will be pouring their wines paired with Chef Vacca’s food from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, 2020.
Wineries participating include: Bernardus Winery, Blair Winery, Mesa Del Sol Winery, Twisted Roots Vineyard, DeTierra Vineyards and I. Brand & Family Winery.
Cost for this special wine and food reception is $100. Cost for the Winemaker Dinners are $130.
