On November 15th, we are holding a 3 hour workshop with one of our favorite purveyors, Samantha Mullinaux Paone of Golden State Pickle Works and Ann Backen, co-owner of Archetype Restaurant.

This hands-on event will teach you the fundamentals of fermentation, why they are a critical part of our lifestyle, and how to make pro-biotic condiments and ferment your seasonal garden vegetables at home.
