Join us for our Fall Winemaker’s Dinner inspired by our tasting room staff’s gastronomic adventures in Italy this past summer. Listen to stories from Tuscany, Venice, and Piedmont while you nibble on classic Italian fare… with a California twist.
Enjoy a cool evening out on the patio dining al fresco! Pair each course with sommelier-selected wines, if you wish.
First Course – “Buongiorno”
Cheese and charcuterie platter, with picked vegetables, foccacia, and all the necessary condiments
Second Course – “Pappa al Pomodoro”
Chilled tomato and bread soup, with arbequina olive oil, and grana padano
Third Course – “Mama Mia”
Beef polpette with bucatini pasta, marinara, broccoli de cecci, and pepperoncino
Vegetarian – Ricotta and wild mushroom pansotti, with a summer corn and forest mushroom ragout, sprinkled with parmiggiano reggiano
Fourth Course – “La Vita Dolce”
Deconstructed chocolate budino tartlette, drizzed with olive oil and sprinkled with smoked sea salt
