Beginning with an abridged version of the history of wine, this irreverent and fast-paced romp along Vitis Vinifera’s long and winding road, will introduce you to some fascinating and fun toasts and poetry. From King Tut’s tipple to Cult Cabernet in an hour, you will laugh and learn, as you sip some delicious wine and nibble tasty treats.

About the Presenter: Paul Wagner is president of Balzac Communications & Marketing and a regular columnist for Vineyards & Winery Management magazine. He is an international wine judge, a founding member of the Academy of Wine Communications, and an inductee of the Spadarini della Castellania di Soave. In 2009, Mr. Wagner was honored with a Life Dedicated to Wine Award at the Feria Nacional del Vino (FENAVIN) in Spain. He was the lead author of Wine Marketing & Sales: Success Strategies for a Saturated Market by The Wine Appreciation Guild. The book, now in its second edition, won the Gourmand International Award for best international wine book for professionals.
