Chefs Barry Layne and Steven Patrick from Coast Catering are bringing the very best of Napa Valley to Escondido for a Five Course Wine Paired Dinner featuring Grgich Hills Winery hosted by the newest local winery Cheval.
Join us for our very first of a Series of Dinners on Thursday, June 7th at Cheval Winery where we’ll sip prestigious Grgich Hills Estate wines from the rolling hills of Napa Valley. Winemaker Mike Grgich is known for crafting the winning 1973 Chateau Montelena Chardonnay at the 1976 “Paris Tasting,” which put Napa Valley on the winemaking map. To this day, the winery is committed to making distinctive wines with quality, consistency, and longevity.
Guiding us on this Grgich journey will be the winery’s Ambassador Jacquee Renna as she walks us through the impressive lineup of Grgich bottlings alongside a five-course menu by Coast Catering’s Executive Chefs Barry Layne and Steven Patrick
