9th Annual Reserve Sale at Carruth Cellars

‘Tis the season to stock up on reserve wines for gifts and festive feasts!

We are hosting out biggest sale of the year on November 9th, our 9th Annual Reserve Sale. Once a year we dig deep in our reserve wine storage and gather limited and award winning wines for our most beloved sale of the year, the RESERVE WINE SALE! This is your chance to stock up on bottles for the holidays! Hostess gifts, special wines for festive feats, rare bottles for your wine loving friend, or favorites to fill your wine rack – this sale is a one stop shop!

“I have this sale saved in my calendar” says Dawn Graham, Carruth Wine Club member of 8 years. “I typically walk out with a couple cases of amazing wines at an affordable rate and then I use them as gifts for friends throughout the holidays… I save a few for myself too of course” she says as she giggles. From its first year, the Reserve Wine Sale has been treated like a new iPhone release with people waiting for the doors to open. Why is this sale so special? It’s simple, the wine and the discounts. These aren’t just any wines, these are limited wines in Carruth’s reserve inventory. “We sell out of most of our wines, but when we have a favorite and it gets down to the last 10-20 cases, we can’t help but hold on to it and move it into our reserve inventory” explains Adam Carruth, owner and winemaker. “The things is, we run out of space around this time of year after we make all of our wine [pointing to hundreds of recently filled barrels] and the whole idea behind our wine is to share it with loved ones… so hanging on to these wines I love is just silly.”

We don’t host sales too often, but when we do, we go big. Award winning wines can be found for 10-40% off! It pays to be a wine club member (extra discounts), but have no fear. The non-member discounts are still worth it. Should you want to indulge your inner wine-o, you can sign up for the club at the sale and take advantage of the extra incentives!
