Introducing HALL’s signature food and wine pairing workshop, A Taste of HALL.
This engaging, educational workshop embraces the Napa lifestyle by matching culinary arts with winemaking excellence. Guests will embark on a unique culinary adventure that challenges their inner chef and reviews the basics of seasonal food and wine pairings. Learn what works – and what doesn’t. In this workshop, guests will taste three different HALL or WALT wines in the company of three courses varying in flavor and texture. Guests will be challenged to taste and describe what happens to wines as they are paired with different dishes, while discovering which wines complement which flavors and why. Each monthly workshop features cooking demonstrations by acclaimed visiting chefs from the Bay Area. The goal is to enable our guests to taste the differences in wine and apply them to seasonal food pairings.
