White

White wines, which range in flavor from buttery to citrusy to tropical, are often light and easy to drink. They pair well with fish, salads, and spicier dishes.

Those you’re most familiar with – Chardonnay, or Riesling for example, are common California varietals, but there are some lesser-known whites that are apt blendables, and we’ve got those too – white blends like our Tête du Rhône, for example.
