Our Amador Ice Zinfandel begins with aromas of strawberries, watermelon and cherries. In the mouth, the wine has richness, complexity, balance and lushness. A superb balance of acidity and sweetness allows the finish to linger. A small amount of Syrah Rose was added to round out the wine and add touch of color. One of the most unique dessert wines in the world. Enjoy this wine as an aperitif, or at the conclusion of a memorable meal with your favorite dessert.
