From their hillside vineyards and underground winery, Porter Family makes small amounts of beautifully hand-crafted wines. The 2005 growing season was exceptional across the Valley, with not only outstanding crop yields but outstanding quality. The little corner of Napa Valley where Porter Family is located, the Coombsville region, benefits from hillside exposures, volcanic soils, and moderate elevation, all which contribute to the genesis of our wines in the vineyard.
