This is serious, textbook Barolo crafted in the old school style. Tar, oak, smoke, leather, and graphite dominate the nose. Licorice, raspberry, and plums flood the mouth with notes of chocolate and caramel. Still tightly wrapped, it will reward you after 5-7 years in the cellar.
