The 2006 vintage is a blend of estate Cabernet, selected from the best locations of Palmaz's three distinct elevation vineyards. The wine exhibits intense ripe flavors of blackberry, cassis and black cherry. Supple and refined in the palate, this wine shows excellent balance with a long, moderately tannic finish. While it's drinking excellent now, the density and structure of this wine will allow it to mature elegantly for the next eight to ten years.
