Wine Specs
Alluring nose of dried fruits, black cherry, boysenberry, plum, and sweet vanilla. The taste is round with supple tannins. Red and black cherry notes dominate, with a hint of plum and blonde tobacco. This Merlot is full and forward - it is no shrinking violet.
The finish is robust and lingering, with residual boysenberry and vanilla highlights. Enjoyable immediately, and can be cellared for 5 - 10 years.
Ideal with grilled lamb chops or duck. It also shines when paired with pizza, a gourmet burger, or grilled vegetables.
