1999 Jefferson Cuvee Cabernet Sauvignon is luscious, richly textured and elegant. It is a full-bodied but ready to drink wine. Aromatics of berry, plum and cassis lead into wine that is packed with black fruit, cedar, spice and cocoa and with firm tannins in a long, supple finish.
