Our 2003 Estate Cabernet is the kind of wine we get truly excited about. This was a moderate season culminating in a slow, gradual ripening pattern, ideal for Cabernet. The hallmark of these better vintages is a balanced structure expressed as delightful elegance and long ageing potential.
Our top level Cabernet has that hard to achieve mineral complexity more in keeping with great European wines. It’s a style that sets us apart from most California Cabernets. Simply stated, this is a classic! We are certain that you will fall in love with it.
