Unique blended wines are the hallmark of Eagle Eye, a Napa Valley winery created by husband and wife team Bill and Roxanne Wolf. The 13 acre property is farmed sustainably and certified Fish Friendly Farming and Green. Roxanne, the artist and Bill, the grower/chef make award winning blends that are fruit forward and balanced with soft tannins and long smooth finishes.
Winemaker/Owner Bill Wolf says this wine is a complex, classic Bordeaux blend. The addition of Semillon adds body, viscosity and tropical fruit while the small amount of dry Muscat imparts a beautiful nose, rich silkiness and a clean lingering finish.
