This Chardonnay comes from an old vineyard in Perdriel, with high-density planting on espaliers. The ripening is slow and steady, extending into the first days of autumn. It ferments with wild yeasts and is not aged in oak. This yields a classic white wine with floral, fruit and citrus aromas and flavors, accompanied by a rich, full mouthfeel that marks the most enjoyable Chardonnay.
