True to the new-style of Australian Chardonnay, the grapes were picked early in the harvest and cold fermented in stainless steel tanks. Part of the batch was then barrel matured for about 4 months in 1 year old oak (French & America) and blended back to give just a hint of oak characters. Partial malolactic fermentation supports a hint of butteriness, though remains fresh, crisp and vibrant.

Vibrant pear and citrus fruit are framed by vanilla spice making this luscious, bright and fresh. Silver, 2007 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.

This Chardonnay is closer in style to white Burgundies (no oak), with greater food-friendly acidity, yet still softer and immediately accessible.

Ripe pineapple, golden apple and Anjou pear flavors are balanced by citrus notes and a smooth, creamy finish.

This Chardonnay exhibits stone fruit and spice aromas with a richly flavored palate and a clean, crisp finish. Is an easy drinking wine and versatile partner to a wide range of white meats, seafood and salads.

This wine opens with aromas of lemon chiffon, pineapple and toasted coconut. The wine is creamy, but balanced with a refreshing acidity and lengthy finish.

Layered aromas of citrus, green apple and honeydew melon carry through to the rich, creamy palate.

Offers layer upon layer of tropical fruit flavors followed by mineral tones. Barrel aging in oak adds complexity and contributes the vanilla flavor.
