The 2011 Sauvignon Blanc is a focused, vibrant wine. Aromas of fresh lime, bergamot, yellow peach and ripe pear are underscored by a hint of warm and spicy clove and vanilla.  In the mouth, stone and tropical fruits and a refreshing acidity are balanced by a rich, full body and a generous, lingering finish.

Lively with passion-fruit and melon flavors. A crisp, dry acidity sparks the palate, making this white a veritable soul mate for charcoal-grilled fish and meat.
