Explosion of black currant and blackberry balanced with spices of cedar, cigar, nutmeg, black pepper and thyme with hints of rose petal, lavender and violet. 

A colossal nose of blackberry cobbler, rosehip, chocolate-covered cherry, nutmeg, and camphor. The mouth is huge, complex, chewy, perfectly integrated tannins, very long finish; amazing depth & concentration.

According to Wine Spectator, this red blend exhibits "Excellent balance and depth of flavor…with mocha-laced oak wrapped around ripe currant and blackberry fruit. Best from 2004 through 2012."

This acclaimed vintage exhibits a concentrated balance of dark fruit flavors and opulent oak notes with beautiful transitions throughout. Supple rich texture.

The powerful nose features white pepper, coconut shavings, honeysuckle,
vanilla, blackberry jam, and a hint of clove. The palate is complex and massive,
still youthful, with minerality, hot spice, and firm tannins.  

Aromas of black cherry, roasted plum, tobacco, and mocha. Soft velvet tannins and flavors of ripe fruit and spice.

A blend of 70% Cabernet, 19% Merlot , 8% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petite Verdot.

Aromas of black cherry, cassis and vanilla are interwoven with cedar and cocoa. On the palate the wine is rich and dense with a finish that is long and complex.

The wine is dark garnet red and is nearly opaque with a deep core. The aromas are multi-layered and complex with baked cherries and black currant jam, followed by violets, dark chocolate, earthy-gamey-truffle like notes and hints of fennel seed and pecans.
