The 2011 Sauvignon Blanc is a focused, vibrant wine. Aromas of fresh lime, bergamot, yellow peach and ripe pear are underscored by a hint of warm and spicy clove and vanilla.  In the mouth, stone and tropical fruits and a refreshing acidity are balanced by a rich, full body and a generous, lingering finish.

Ripe fig, honey and crisp melon notes precede a layer of lemon, herb and tangy acidity. Full-flavored and delicious.

Subtle aromas ranging from pink grapefruit to elegant Meyer lemon and tangerine orange. The delicate scents of passion fruit, pear and gooseberry linger with the creamy texture of the wine.

The crisp, palate cleansing mouthfeel, filled with citrus and minerals, is nicely integrated from front to back with a long lingering finish.

A light pale straw color with tint of green offers aromas of citrus blossom, pineapple, white fig and grapefruit with hints of green tea and toasted almonds. The palate is focused and clean with moderate weight and concentration.
