We are pleased to offer the 2008 Seavey Cabernet Sauvignon made exclusively from Seavey Vineyard crop. Only 475 cases were produced, making it the most exclusive offering of Seavey Cabernet ever.

Aromatics of red berries, blackberry, coffee, and chocolate with the oak nicely woven into the thread and the flavors following similarly in profile to the aromatics.

Fresh picked blackberry balanced with fresh acidity and velvety tannins, spices, oak, licorice, plum, chocolate and raspberry evolving on black currant jam.

Aromas of blackberries, coffee and dried herbs that lead into layers of plush, dark fruit flavors on the palate. Well-integrated oak and finely grained tannins.

Fragrances of cedar, dark chocolate, maraschino cherry, mocha, and crushed rock mineral components. Dense yet smooth, with an enticing finish.

Ripe, vivid blackberry, black cherry and currant flavors are rich and vibrant yet firm and structured. Long, lingering finish with soft tannins and complexity.

This selection has a deep ruby/purple color and beautiful, sweet aromatics consisting of subtle pain grille, spring flowers, black currants, some blueberries and maybe even raspberries.
