100% Cabernet Sauvignon. 2007 Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a profound, fruit-driven wine from a great California vintage. It has a dark ruby color with a purple edge and an inviting nose of ripe black plum, blackberry, baking spices and soy sauce. 

Gorgeous floral scents with lovely seductive black fruit. On the palate, the wine is silky smooth with bright lushness and some staying power for up to 20 years. 

Talbingo Hill Shraz is a deep ruby color. It has a nose of black cherry and bright berry with a palate that is sweet with candied plum and soft fruit flavors with just a hint of black pepper with a firm tannin structure and oak note. Wine is great to be consumed now but should be drunk prior to 2015.

The 2008 Symmetry greets you with a generous bouquet of blackberries, ripe dark plums, sweet spices and pie crust. It opens boldly on the palate with layers of blackberry, cassis, dark chocolate and brown spice.

This selection has a deep ruby/purple color and beautiful, sweet aromatics consisting of subtle pain grille, spring flowers, black currants, some blueberries and maybe even raspberries.

The 2008 Corley State Lane Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is displaying very enticing aromas of dark berry fruit, bittersweet chocolate, and smoky oak.
