Deep red in color, "Carol" Cabernet Suvignon is a dry and full-bodied wine with balanced blueberry and vanilla flavors. 

This Shiraz is an exciting full flavored Shiraz showing hints of spicy white pepper and ripe plum over smoky oak.

Talbingo Hill Shraz is a deep ruby color. It has a nose of black cherry and bright berry with a palate that is sweet with candied plum and soft fruit flavors with just a hint of black pepper with a firm tannin structure and oak note. Wine is great to be consumed now but should be drunk prior to 2015.
