Here’s an invitation to be part of what has become a celebrated East Bay event and tradition:
Contra Costa College’s Culinary Arts 11th Annual Food and Wine Event to be held Sunday April 22, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on the campus of Contra Costa College in San Pablo. All proceeds will directly benefit the students in the Culinary Arts program through scholarships and program/facility improvements.
Over 40 popular restaurants and wineries will join students to present a brilliant offering of culinary excellence. Participating restaurants will offer samples of their signature dishes. Tastings from the many participating wineries and microbreweries will also be offered along with non-alcoholic beverages. A silent & live auction, Tree of Abundance and cake raffles are also planned.
The Culinary Arts Program at Contra Costa College provides students with a high quality education, hands-on training, experience, and the necessary skills to become professionals in the industry. The two year program includes classes in basic and advanced food preparation, baking and restaurant management, as well as the operation of our College’s “Aqua Terra Grill” restaurant.
Enjoy excellent wines and food from some of the best restaurants and wineries in the Bay Area, combined with the enthusiasm and hospitality of the students. Contra Costa College’s 11th Annual Food and Wine Event promises an exciting and fun event for all. Don’t miss it!
