True to the new-style of Australian Chardonnay, the grapes were picked early in the harvest and cold fermented in stainless steel tanks. Part of the batch was then barrel matured for about 4 months in 1 year old oak (French & America) and blended back to give just a hint of oak characters. Partial malolactic fermentation supports a hint of butteriness, though remains fresh, crisp and vibrant.

Enjoy served chilled on its own or try it with a bowl of fresh steamed mussels in garlic broth.
 

This Semillion Chardonnay has an array of lifted fresh fruit aromas like citrus zest, passionfruit and stonefruit.
