The wine shows intense aromas of mandarin orange, fresh pear, melon, apple butter, spice and honey. The mouthfeel is soft, round and fleshy with a long layered finish.

The 2007 Robin K. Sonoma County Chardonnay features all the elements of fine Burgundy-style winemaking. 

A streak of French oak running through the apple and pear flavors that linger on into the finish of a mild honeyed sweetness and crisp aftertaste.

Harmonious oak is pleasant on the palate, while a forward and juicy mouthfeel marks this Chardonnay as versatile and unique. This wine pairs well with a wide array of fresh cuisine.

This Chardonnay is closer in style to white Burgundies (no oak), with greater food-friendly acidity, yet still softer and immediately accessible.

Lively and rich with excellent balance of ripe peach and pineapple fruit. Charming acidity with a long elegant finish.

A rich, round character of spiced apples and pears lifted and enhanced by crisp citrus and minerality.

Floral notes, not unlike acacia with a tinge of honey. Crisp with fresh apple flavors and a hint of lemon. Serve chilled.
