The name Terrapura loosely translates to pure earth. The name was chosen to represent Chile’s natural conditions for making great wines. This 2010 has delicate aromas of mandarin orange, apples and tropical fruits. It is fresh and round on the palate, with honey notes. It finishes with a clean acidity.

A juicy and silky entry is followed by a velvety midpalate, rich with layers of ripe purple fruit and cassis. Long and juicy finish.

This classic Bordeaux-style blend is approachable yet complex. Pronounced blackberry and blueberry on the nose mingle with cedar spice and a hint of wood, while notes of bramble fruit, cherry, vanilla and dried herbs please the palate.

Palate is soft and smooth with a suggestion of vanilla, coffee and spicy licorice and pepper. A powerful, fresh and well-balanced wine.

Chewy, mouth-coating tannins merge with engaging flavors of blackberry, black plum and cassis and a hint of black olive.
