Red Wine

Pasta with tomato sauce is an acidic dish, so the right wine needs to be low in acidity and tannins to avoid an unpleasant sour or tart taste.

Dark in color with loads of bittersweet chocolate, a hint of mint and lush, sweet dark fruit. It's very alluring.

A beautifully deep, red wine with aromas of plum, red berry, and cinnamon spices. This medium bodied wine shows a lot of berry fruit with assertive tannins and a lively long lasting aftertaste.
 

Roasted chicken, which has a firm texture and can be slightly dry, requires a medium intensity wine with low tannins.

Sweet berry aromas are a bit warm and herbal, while the palate has good feel and soft, earthy flavors of herbs and generic berry fruit. Light on the finish, with a slight leafy note. Has good mouthfeel and doesn’t overdo it.

This wine has a dark garnet color. The forward fruit profile includes cherry, blackberry and plum with flavors of vanilla spice. Tannins and fruit marry well for a soft finish.

This wine has an intense crimson color, maintaining its hue throughout the glass. This is a wine that will drink well during the next three to four years, and a great match for almost anything on the grill.

This medium-bodied wine offers notes of black cherry, pepper, spice, plum, smoky oak and dark chocolate.

Marselan is a crossing of Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache that appeared on the French Wine scene decades ahead of its time.  Officially approved as a French variety in 1990, some 30 years after its birth, Marselan varietal wine has only been available in the US since 2007.

Deep red in color, "Carol" Cabernet Suvignon is a dry and full-bodied wine with balanced blueberry and vanilla flavors.
