Petite Sirah

Dark berry flavors dominate the mid-palate with just a hint of coffee and pepper accompanying the strong but balanced tannins.

Powerful and exuberant, full of cloves, coffee beans, mouth-coating tannins and a bit of minerality. The rolling finish is lengthy and satisfying.

Delectus Vineyards’ 2006 Petite Sirah isn’t for the faint of heart due to it’s
vivacious aromas of Marion berries, white pepper, burnt caramel, teriyaki beef
jerky, black olives and French vanilla ice cream.

Mouth feel is rich, ripe and round and packed with flavors of dark fruits, toasted coconut and peppery spice with firm but approachable tannins.
