Pinot Noir

Bright garnet in color with a dark nose of earth and plum. Soft tannin and acidity are balanced with complex notes of baking spice, dark fruit and game.

This beautiful, brick-colored Pinot Noir opens up with very clean and pure aromatics. Lovely red fruit aromas of raspberry and black cherry are followed by notes of black pepper, clotted cream and sweet rose petal.  As the wine opens up, it begins to show spicy layers of clove and nutmeg, then reveals an earthiness reminiscent of fallen leaves and toasty oak. 94 points WT

Classic Pinot Noir aromas of strawberry and raspberry, with a hint of cranberry and dried hay. Velvety texture with a great balance of acidity.

Palate bursts with generous red fruit with subtle baking spice notes that lead to soft, velvety tannins. An inviting minerality brings some verve and liveliness.

Dark cherry aromas and sweet oak express themselves first, leading to hints of baking spice, chocolate, and rosemary.  This is a complex wine that makes a great first impression, with a sweet entry, big lush textures and a nice frame.

Smell wild cherries, rosehips and cola. Taste red plums & cherries, black tea, coriander, ruby red grapefruit and just a little sweet, toasty oak.  

The nose of red cherry, raspberry, cloves, and rose petals is echoed on the palate and joined by mineral, spice, black currant, and cherry cola characters. An excellent match to roast salmon, duck, or lamb preparations.

The first sip is fresh fruit with a balance of acidity and toasty sweetness that lingers. Evolving layers of earth, spice and meaty flavors.

Exotic aromas of spicy grapefruit peel, white and black pepper, black tea and dark cherry. Palate is weighty with notes of rich red berry, ripe black cherry, citrus peel and spice.

Palate shows full-bodied yet elegant suppleness, with additional notes of chocolate and cranberry. Closes with soft, integrated tannins.
