The 2002 vintage marks a return to Alexander Valley as the primary appellation for Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon. Drink now or hold until its peak around 2017.

It has a very long, savory finish with the slight grip of fine-grained tannins. Given proper cellaring, this wine should give drinking pleasure through 2030.

The 2008 Symmetry greets you with a generous bouquet of blackberries, ripe dark plums, sweet spices and pie crust. It opens boldly on the palate with layers of blackberry, cassis, dark chocolate and brown spice.
