The 2002 vintage marks a return to Alexander Valley as the primary appellation for Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon. Drink now or hold until its peak around 2017.

The 2008 Symmetry greets you with a generous bouquet of blackberries, ripe dark plums, sweet spices and pie crust. It opens boldly on the palate with layers of blackberry, cassis, dark chocolate and brown spice. 

100% Cabernet Sauvignon. 2007 Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a profound, fruit-driven wine from a great California vintage. It has a dark ruby color with a purple edge and an inviting nose of ripe black plum, blackberry, baking spices and soy sauce. 

Generous blackberry and sour cherry flavors fill the mouth, followed by hints of clove and vanilla. Medium-bodied structure, moderate tannins, balanced acidity and long finish.

Subtle aromas ranging from pink grapefruit to elegant Meyer lemon and tangerine orange. The delicate scents of passion fruit, pear and gooseberry linger with the creamy texture of the wine.
