Round, balanced palate with a finish that is long and refreshing. This is a wine for the table tonight, but it will soften some with aging over the next two to three years.

Finely textured wine with a nice medley of flavors across palate, peaches on the less ripe end, nectarine, pink grapefruit and currants. Lovely refreshing

True to the new-style of Australian Chardonnay, the grapes were picked early in the harvest and cold fermented in stainless steel tanks. Part of the batch was then barrel matured for about 4 months in 1 year old oak (French & America) and blended back to give just a hint of oak characters. Partial malolactic fermentation supports a hint of butteriness, though remains fresh, crisp and vibrant.

The wine displays exotic fruit and spice along with classic lemon peel and herbal notes. The palate is well-balanced, crisp and refreshing with a pure acid line and there is a mineral character to the finish.

This 2011 Sauvignon Blanc was crafted from select parcels of fruit from vineyards across South Eastern Australia. The wine colour is very pale straw with bright green hints. On the nose it shows strong aromas of fresh tropical fruits.

Layered aromas of citrus, green apple and honeydew melon carry through to the rich, creamy palate.

The wine has an aromatic nose of yellow: flowers, citrus and melon.  On the delicious palate, tangy flavors of sweet lime (a yellow fruit) / lemon / perhaps a little green lime, gooseberry, yellow melon, some  minerality and slight herbalness. 

This Chardonnay exhibits stone fruit and spice aromas with a richly flavored palate and a clean, crisp finish. Is an easy drinking wine and versatile partner to a wide range of white meats, seafood and salads.
