This Shiraz is an exciting full flavored Shiraz showing hints of spicy white pepper and ripe plum over smoky oak. The rich generous fruit palate has soft, ripe tannins well balanced with oak and a long lingering fruit finish. Perfect with rich red meat dishes, your favorite pasta or simply anytime.

Talbingo Hill Shraz is a deep ruby color. It has a nose of black cherry and bright berry with a palate that is sweet with candied plum and soft fruit flavors with just a hint of black pepper with a firm tannin structure and oak note. Wine is great to be consumed now but should be drunk prior to 2015.

Strong tones of violet and leather will develop as it matures. Silver, Highly Recommended, 2007 World Wine Championships.

This medium-bodied Aussie displays loads of ripe red and black currant fruit along with hints of spice. Good structure, with soft tannins.

Powered by a healthy dose of Cabernet Sauvignon, followed by Merlot and Malbec with a spot of Shiraz to spice it up Aussie style.

This wine has an intense crimson color, maintaining its hue throughout the glass. This is a wine that will drink well during the next three to four years, and a great match for almost anything on the grill.
