Deep ruby red color, aromas of plum, blackberry and spice. Smooth.

Aromatics of red berries, blackberry, coffee, and chocolate with the oak nicely woven into the thread and the flavors following similarly in profile to the aromatics.

Full and round with firm tannins and great complexity, this well structured wine has a rich, long finish.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon. 2007 Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a profound, fruit-driven wine from a great California vintage. It has a dark ruby color with a purple edge and an inviting nose of ripe black plum, blackberry, baking spices and soy sauce. 

Layers of dark fruit, chocolate and spicy oak. The flavors are rich and dense and are balanced with firm integrated tannins.
