White Wine

Fascinating melange of lime, pear, honeysuckle, and vanilla at first whiff. Texture is both creamy and zesty at the same time.

A crisp, elegant Sauvignon Blanc with hints of grapefruit as well as a wet stone-like character. Medium-bodied, dry, and food-friendly.

The 2009 Jayson Chardonnay is pale yellow-green in color. Composed of both Napa Valley and Sonoma Coast fruit, it reveals kiwi, melon, tangelo and lemon-lime curd with an underlying flintiness and minerality. 

The 2011 Sauvignon Blanc is a focused, vibrant wine. Aromas of fresh lime, bergamot, yellow peach and ripe pear are underscored by a hint of warm and spicy clove and vanilla.  In the mouth, stone and tropical fruits and a refreshing acidity are balanced by a rich, full body and a generous, lingering finish.

Aromas of almonds, white peaches, stones... Spicy, nutty, citric and stone fruit on the palate.

Lovely, toasty aromas with some citrus. On the palate, it’s soft with some vanilla that morphs into crisp acidity on a long finish. 

The 2010 Reserve was created from premium Chardonnay grapes grown in Sonoma County and crafted by a Napa Valley producer so legendary, we can't name names.

Notes of Meyer lemon, peach, vanilla, toasted almond and honey tickle the nose and mouth. A long, luxurious finish exhibits hints of caramel, nutmeg and cinnamon.

Powerful aromas of spiced apple, pear, and pie crust join minerally lemon-cream and toasty oak on the palate, adding up to a compelling and thoroughly satisfying experience for true Chardonnay lovers.

Flavors on the palate mirror white stone fruits, minerals, and exotic spices with a full body, vibrant acidity, and a long lingering finish.
