Where can Winetasting.com ship?

WineTasting.com can ship wine to AZ, AK, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL*, GA, HI, KS, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, *TN, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY. Except as noted below, we accept orders under our winery license and ship directly to the consumer via our NY or CA warehouse locations using common carriers UPS or FedEx. Individual state compliance is maintained on an SKU level, not all wines are available in all states. We observe a six-bottle order minimum, with few exceptions.

How will my wine be delivered?

Due to the nature of the fine wine business and the high quality of our wine selections, there is indeed a finite amount of each wine produced. We have done our best to procure enough wine to cover the demand in all of our states. With your approval, if your wine selection is sold out, we will substitute wines of similar type and price. Not all wines are available in all states.

A minimum of 6 bottles (or $50) must be ordered per delivery address.

You can mix wine types in your order. Any combination of 6 or 12 bottles may be combined to complete a standard shipping quantity. Call Customer Service for details. Wine orders are charged, handled and shipped separately from the non-wine products sold in this catalog. All wine orders will be shipped directly from our licensed retail facility for your state, according to legal regulations. In certain states, sales are consummated and orders are fulfilled through other licensed retailers.

* Customers in these states may receive no more than two 12-bottle cases, or 18 liters, of wine per delivery address per month.
** Louisiana limit is four cases per year.
*** Missouri and Wyoming limit is two cases per year.
+ Nevada limit is 12 cases per year.
++ New Hampshire limit is five cases per year.
+++ Michigan customers - Due to state regulations, we are prohibited from accepting any returns on wine.
# Virginia customers may receive no more than two 12-bottle cases of wine per customer per month.

Non-Wine Item Delivery

Most in-stock items (excluding wine) will be shipped directly from our warehouse within 2 business days. Please allow up to 7-10 days for UPS, Fedex, or courier to deliver. We do not ship outside the United States.
 

Required Legal Notice

Any wine sold to you from WineTasting is sold in California and title passes to you, the buyer, in California. All orders are shipped by WineTasting, a licensed California retailer. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wine. We make no representation concerning your legal rights to ship or receive wine into any state outside of California or into any country outside of the United States. In fact, there are certain states and countries that we cannot ship to. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination.

You must be 21 years or older to buy wine. By placing your order with WineTasting.com you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. The willful misrepresentation of your age or the age of the recipient is a crime in most states, and if you willfully misrepresent your age or the age of the recipient, WineTasting.com will cooperate with authorities to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.

We ship most in-stock merchandise within one to two business days of receiving your order! Our standard shipping charges cover most items.

Standard and Express Shipping

Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the type of order and number of bottles ordered for each delivery address. Standard delivery service takes 5 - 10 business days. Delivery hours are Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Two-Day Express Delivery is available for in stock items for additional fees. Items with stated longer delivery times cannot be expedited.
